JOB TITLE: Sales Advisor

LOCATION: Basingstoke

CONTRACT: Part Time, Permanent

HOURS: 4.5 hours per week

PAY RATE: £11.60 - £12.96 per hour

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our retail team.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect pieces, share your product knowledge and create a welcoming environment that makes every customer feel valued.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative store team, helping to keep the store looking its best while contributing to our sales and overall store performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing a friendly and welcoming experience to every customer

• Helping customers find products that suit their individual needs and style

• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge

• Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance

• Taking ownership of your responsibilities and completing tasks to a high standard

• Keeping the shop floor well presented and maintaining our brand standards

• Supporting with deliveries, replenishment, stock takes and other store operations

• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the store, including the stockroom and back-of-house areas

• Following all company policies and operational procedures, including health and safety requirements

• Taking part in training and development opportunities to build your knowledge and skills

• Working collaboratively with your colleagues and supporting the wider store team

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to have previous fashion retail experience — what matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
