About us
The Apricot brand was founded in 2007, beginning life in the basement of a North London building. We’ve come a long way since.
When founders Philip and Sophia opened their first Apricot store, they couldn’t have dreamt their playful prints and statement designs would grow into a global brand. Though we’ve grown to over 1200 outlets across the world, we’ve still managed to keep our unique family feel, putting creativity at the heart of everything we do. Taking inspiration from travel, nature and our vibrant home city of London, we make beautiful, wearable collections that tell a timeless story. We strive to deliver the effortless design, in-house print print and fantastic quality that is so important to the Apricot customer.
We currently have 17 Apricot stores with over 300 concessions in New Look and independent department stores in the UK and Ireland. You can also find our concessions in Italy, Germany, the United States and Canada.

Long Service Holiday Awards
We understand the importance of taking a break sometimes. As your length of service increases, we will reward you will additional holidays. After three years of service, you'll get an additional three days holiday. After five years, you will gain two more.
All holiday will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for part-time team members.
Generous Staff Discount
We want our teams to feel as passionate about the Apricot brand as we do, which is why we offer a fantastic discount of 50% off the retail price of our collections (certain restrictions will apply).
Saving For Your Retirement
After completing your first three months with us and subject to qualifying criteria, we'll automatically enrol you into our pension scheme with NEST.
Uniform Allowance
We want our store teams to look and feel great when they're at work, so if you work in one of our stores, you'll receive a free uniform issue at least four times per year (number of items given will be based on the number of days you are contracted to work).

I have been the Office Manager at Apricot's head office for just over 3 years. I started as an Administration Assistant, after about 6 months the Office Manager role became available. There's always something new to learn here, the office is a very friendly place with lots of lively and lovely people.
